How does the group class operate?
The class is conducted in a group format using the Zoom platform.
How can I join the class?
- Once your payment is processed, you will find the class details on your dashboard.
- To join the session, simply click on the “Join Meeting” button, which becomes active 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. If the button remains inactive, please refresh the webpage.

What happens if I miss a class?
Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be rescheduled. Please make every effort to attend punctually and avoid missing any sessions.
What happens if a class is cancelled by the teacher?
Class cancellations are rare and usually due to emergencies. You will receive advance notification of any cancellations, and the missed class will be rescheduled.
What should I do if I am unable to join a class?
If you encounter difficulties joining a class, please reach out to us at group.classes@jannatalquran.com.
Can I ask questions during the class?
Questions can be asked at the end of each session. The instructor will allocate time for questions and clarifications before concluding the class.
Will I receive a certificate upon completing the course?
Yes, certificates will be issued to students who attend the entire course.
What is the refund policy?
You may cancel your subscription up to one week before the course start date to receive a full refund via bank transfer or PayPal. For cancellations, please contact us at group.classes@jannatalquran.com.
